Ingredients


All-purpose flour
Water
Salt
Lard (o oil)

 

 


Preparation method


Make a dough with flour, water, salt; roll it into a thin round, cut it into squares or diamonds and fry them in hot lard or oil. Chisulèn may be eaten with ‘pancetta’, ‘coppa’, salami and cured meats in general, cheese, mainly spicy ‘gorgonzola’ cheese.
